| ＜第一パラグラフ Yoshiko さんの文章＞ I really like "the Lord of the Rings" very much although I usually don't like the series movies because the stories become poorer accordingly. But it didn't happen in this movie. ＜ジョシュアから一言＞ 本や雑誌のタイトルは通常、” “ ではなく、イタリック体で書きます。 ただし、論文や、本の中の章、アルバムの中の各曲、詩などは、” “の中に書きます。 また、”But” “And” “Or” などの接続詞で文章を始めると、ぎこちない感じになるので、やめましょう。 |

| ＜第二パラグラフ Yoshiko さんの文章＞ I like the second one "The Two Towers" best because the battle scenes are more real, and it described each character more thoroughly than the other two. The main character of the Lord of the Rings is Frodo, of course, and the story is his journey to throw a powerful ring to a volcano. But I think it is also a story of Aragorn to become a king. "The Two Towers" focuses very well on Aragorn to describe his situation, struggling, and his nature of a great leader. ＜ジョシュアから一言＞ 時制に気をつけて！ 現在形で話しをしている時には、常に現在形を使ってね。 ここでは、”described” とされている箇所は、”describes” にすべきだね。 |
